Natural Resources In All 36 States of Nigeria
Nigeria as a country is greatly endowed with vast amount of mineral resources scattered across the 36 states in the federation. Despite a population of about 180 million people, it is strange that most of these natural resources remain untapped and have not been used for the development of Nigeria and her people.
Perhaps it is the overdependence of the Nigerian government on oil that has resulted to this, the fact remains that beyond oil and agriculture, there remain tons of natural deposits sitting duck beneath the earth all over Nigeria.
It is for this purpose we have compiled the list of all-natural resources in the 36 states of Nigeria and where they are located.
